Abstract: The purpose of the present study is to understand the circumstances of the Ministry of Education in 2010 and the status of the teachers in the school, and the current status of the sexual minority students It is to clarify the improvement that is demanded of the educational site.  Japan Education Administration has long been a situation in which it has not acknowledged its existence to sexual minorities, but since 2010, it has become increasingly to show positive attitudes in a way that boosts social background it became clear that there was.  In addition, sexual minority students do not talk about their sexual it is difficult for a person who has experienced a joke, teasing, or bullying to seek a helping hand in the school, or to develop mental problems by bullying or violence, It became clear that there were not a few people who had fallen into the social misfits state, and were actually trying to do self-mutilation or commit suicide ideation.  In addition, teachers do not have an accurate understanding and recognition of sexual minorities, and therefore are reluctant to carry out education on sexual minorities, because they may be overlooking the existence of sexual minority students. In hidden curriculum, it was clarified that the gender-duality system and the heterosexual-love principle included inappropriate behavior for sexual minorities through the teaching of subjects and their involvement with students.  Therefore, it was pointed out that it is important for each teacher to acquire the correct recognition and knowledge of sexual minorities, in order to improve and improve the student's teaching efforts, and to the whole educational world of Japan would be a challenge in the future to advance the change of values to sex.
