Abstract: The Japan Women's College of Physical Education executes the skiing training camp of six days. The student is investigated the tiredness level during the skiing training camp to obtain the material of student's health care. The investigation is executed in ten times for 102 students at the skiing training camp, 2001. The research makes results as follows. 1. The appeal rate of tiredness is the highest in the morning of the fourth day (82.8%) and the lowest is in the morning of the sixth day (71.8%). The group with high skilled level members showed tiredness in the first half of the period, and the group with unskilled level showed the tendency to feel tiredness in the latter half of the period. 2. There were students who did not feel thet iredness at all while practicing skiing. They are advanced students with high skilled level were obviously distributed. Students who have felt the tiredness, “It is impossible to endure it”; In the advanced students are 6.1%-14.5%, in the intermediate group is 8.4%-13.4, and in the beginner's group is 5.1%-17.1%. 3. The top of the tiredness level, the advanced group showed at night of the second day, the intermediate group showed it at night of the third day, and the beginner's group showed in the morning of the third day. 4. Items of the symptom were seven, such as“whole body tiredness”,“leg weakness”,“becoming drowsy”,“tired eyes”,“desire to rest”,“stiff shoulders”, and“thirst”.
