Abstract: The purpose of the present study was how to encourage children to emerge personal expression in a learning environment. The students who major in children's development participated in the music class at Midori Kindergarten and enjoyed themselves playing music in person. Some of the children could find their own way to express themselves on music. And most of the students felt “to share their times” was more valuable than “to teach” for children. For educators, it is very important to enjoy music with children and share their creative way of thinking, but music skills, for example, Singing, Rhythm, and Listening are also required to keep the quality of music education.
