Abstract: The interactive sport activity mentioned in this paper is a term of the supportive activities that the first author has practiced with her advisees for 25 years and it is sport activities in groups based on one-to-one relationship between a child and his/her assistant student and aimed at achieving emotional stability and growing learning ability or sociality. The subject of this study is a 15-year-old boy in the second year of junior high school who came to join this interactive sport activity when he was in the third grade of elementary school and had troubles in studying or the relationship with friends. In this paper we aimed to expand the knowledge about mechanism of development and what is needed to help development through analyzing his changes that appeared in the interactive sport activity for six years. We focused on what he needed after being cured in his mental condition and gaining basic mental stability in the first half of the six years. In other word we considered the process of how he became ready for learning and secured relieved situation in his actual life.
