質的研究はボランティア教師グループに何をもたらしたか : PCAの作文添削グループのTAEによる実践研究

Abstract

This paper reports on a qualitative research of a volunteer teacher group “the sakubun care unit.”The principle of this group has been based on the person-centered approach advocated by Carl Rogers. In order to visualize, and to share the practical knowledge taken root with the members of this group, research teams were formed. TAE (Thinking At the Edge) which is applied for this research is a theory construction method devised by Eugene Gendlin. As a result of qualitatively depthful analysis based on a specific practice, an aspect of the nature of the composition correction of person centered approach is visualized. In addition, the in-depth consideration to a member of the group, it was indicated that a practitioner found significance of the practice by taking part in a study, raising sense of participation and belongingness.
